Centurion Scholes sent United Top



Without Wayne Rooney, United were wasteful, lethargic, off-colour and often second best to a Wolves side scrapping for their lives on a bobbly pitch.

And yet Sir Alex Ferguson's men still left Molineux with three points courtesy of a 73rd-minute strike from Paul Scholes who, as a consequence, became the 19th player to reach the milestone of 100 Premier League goals.
